"This program is very well featured and exceptional value for money. The reporting options are extremely wide and therefore excellent for client accounts preparation, especially where a trading year straddles parts of two tax years. You can print figures for any year or part of year which we often do for our working papers files. Payslips can be printed to plain paper or a number of pre-formatted form options (specialist stationery available from 3rd parties). Main weekly or monthly presentation is generally in the 'spreadsheet' style (all on view) for each employee or contractor, rather than just entering via single menu style entry boxes. We find that much easier to train clients and staff on and gives you a good overview to work with that reduces errors. Doing a small weekly payroll is minutes not hours of work.The help manual is comprehensive and within the program. Interestingly, we've noticed that our rare support calls are actually because there is so much choice of output; so you occasionally need a bit of hand-holding to find the right option! There are even draft contracts and policies which can be used as a basis for client support though, naturally, they are not intended to substitute for specialist personnel input. It covers PAYE and CIS and all associated electronic filing and verification requirements." Sep 2012
