1. Where can I find my User Licence Code (ULC)?

Your User Licence Code (ULC) is stored within the Payroll software itself, so if you have access to Payroll Manager, click 'Help-User Licence' from the main menu. You will see the licence code, and the expiry date of the licence on the screen.

If for some reason you don't have access to Payroll Manager, then you may still have the email we sent to you when you first purchased / renewed your licence (sent from the address sales@moneysoft.co.uk ) This email has two file attachments, one of which is your invoice, the other is your User Licence Certificate. If you still cannot find your code, then please send an email to info@moneysoft.co.uk giving as many details as you can about the licence holder (Name, address, postcode etc..).

2. I have recently re-installed Payroll Manager, but it is telling me that my licence code has expired.

Check that you are actually using your most recent licence, as you have a new ULC each year.

If you used an old CD to reinstall the software then please throw the CD away, uninstall Payroll Manager (which will be out of date), and then reinstall the software from the downloads page of our website. Then try the licence code again.

3. Do you contact me when my licence is about to expire?

No. The software will remind you if your licence is about to expire, giving you six weeks advance notice. It will then prompt you to renew online, where you will receive a new ULC, which you enter into the program and carry on as before.
