Yes – Payroll Manager has full HMRC PAYE recognition.

Payroll Manager can print payslips in many different layouts, either onto plain paper, to PDF, or to pre-printed stationery if you prefer (We do not sell payslips ourselves, but recommend Hague Direct / Form Factory if you wish to buy pre-printed forms). Payroll Manager can print HMRC approved P45s and P60s directly onto plain paper, or to PDF, so no special stationery is required.

Yes. Payroll Manager is continuously updated so that is able to process the current tax year, plus previous tax years. HMRC will accept RTI returns for the current tax year and for the six tax years prior to that.

Payroll Manager is updated at various intervals throughout the year (approximately every 2 months) via automatic downloads from our website, so the software is always up to date with the latest legislation.

Yes. Payroll Manager already has the capabilty to handle the payrolling of benefits (PBIK), and will continue to do so once this becomes mandatory from April 2027

Yes, Payroll Manager is compatible with Windows 11

No – Our software is only designed to operate on Windows operating systems.

Yes. Payroll Manager is able to calculate the relevant deductions for auto-enrolment pension schemes, and can send data to all of the major pension providers, such as NEST, NOW:Pensions, the Peoples Pension etc. See Payroll Manager Auto Enrolment Pensions for more details.
