These are just a few examples of the many reports you can generate with Money Manager, click on a report to see the full size version. 
  
     Bank Statements
      Bank Statements at the touch of a key, showing instantly your balance:

     Detailed Statements
  These show detailed lists of transactions like a bank statement, however you can select any combination of entries to be included or excluded, for example:
  all entries for a whole year, quarter, month or any date range you select
  entries in a particular account (or several accounts)
  entries in a particular category of income or expenditure (or several categories)
  or a combination of these (e.g. all travel expenses between 23rd March and 17th October bought using a credit card).

The program can produce multiple reports, e.g. a report for each different category of income or expenditure.

You can choose what format the transactions appear in, choosing which details to include and in what format (e.g. showing the amount in debit, credit and balance columns or in net, VAT and gross columns):

     Weekly Analysis
  This report can analyse any account and/or category on a daily and weekly basis:

     Bank Reconciliation
  This report "explains" the difference between you bank statement and the entries in Money Manager, for example cheques you have written have not yet been presented:

     Balances
  This report shows account balances for one or more months:

     Monthly Totals
  This report shows the totals for each income and expenditure category month-by-month.  You can make the report just show every category, or just a total for each group of categories (e.g. just show a total for overheads, sales and production costs), or sub-total income and expenditure:

     Cash Flow
 

This report shows the cash flow for each category for any given period:

     Account Movement
 

This report details the movement of money in and out of your accounts:

     Account Statistics 
 

This report analyses an account, giving useful information such as the starting, ending, maximum, minimum and average balance, as well as calculating the interest you would expect to pay/receive:

     Other General Features:
  You can memorise specific reports and recall them at any time (and also add them to the menu if desired).
  You can set the style of the reports: shading, gridlines, negative amounts in red etc..
  On most reports there is a button to display the same data as a bar or pie chart.
  There is a report history with the last 20 reports you produced this session listed for recall (see below).
